Martin Bashall

General Counsel and Secretary of the Board

Martin Bashall is the General Counsel, Board Member, Secretary of the Board and a Founding Shareholder of Advanced Power AG. Mr. Bashall is responsible for Advanced Power’s legal and corporate governance affairs.

Prior to his joining Advanced Power, Mr. Bashall was at InterGen as Vice President and regional General Counsel for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Before joining InterGen, Mr. Bashall was in private practice as Counsel with the New York law firm of Chadbourne & Parke specialising in the project financing of power projects in Pakistan, China and the Philippines. Prior to his time at Chadbourne & Parke, Mr. Bashall was at the law firms of Freshfields and Clifford Chance.

Mr. Bashall holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Rhodesia. He is a solicitor of the High Court of Justice for England and Wales and a member of the International Bar Association.
